Westby Annual Syttende Mai Festival - A Norwegian Folk Festival – Westby’s mid-May festival brings out the Norwegian in everyone who attends with their incredible food, rosemaling, carving, costumes and comedians! The festival also includes a car show, quilt show and sale, an antique tractor display, art and craft tents, church dinners and much more!

Hillsboro's Annual Cesky Den Festival - A Bohemian Festival - Hillsboro brings the ethnic foods and costumes to life on the 2nd full weekend of June. Events include polka bands, lots of great food, arts and craft tents, antique farm machinery, Polka Mass and much more!

Viroqua's Wild West Days, Hell-On-Hooves Ranch Rodeo and Bull Riding Bonanza - Viroqua's Wild West grounds come to life each August with Western buildings and actors. Settlers from the Old West set up camps, shops, games, carriage rides and much more. Trail rides, cattle round ups, pig wrestling, cowboy music will bring out the cowboy or cowgirl in anyone! Outdoor bull riding events bring talent from all around and even some talented local cowboys and girls get a chance to strut their stuff!  People travel from all over the state to see this unique event.  Don’t miss out!!

Viroqua's Gospel & Blue Grass Festival - One of the best Gospel and Bluegrass Festivals you can find with over 10 bands performing in mid-July at the Vernon County Fair Grounds.

Hillsboro's Fall Fest - Enjoy the final days of fall with the year-end Farmers Market and various activities at the participating businesses, plus many shopping specials.

Westby Annual Host Fest - Norwegian Fall Festival - This festival bring you to Westby's downtown and the beautiful countryside filled with fall foliage. Winding Roads by Moonlight brings people to artisans’ workshops and stores in the Westby Area on Friday night and Saturday during the day. Other events include: Civil War Reenactments at Norskedalen Nature and Heritage Center, Pumpkin Queens Contest, "Taste of Norway" Norwegian food demonstration, book signing, carving demonstrations.....

LarryFest - LarryFest is located close to the Kickapoo Valley Reserve just off CTY P, between Cashton, Westby and La Farge in a big open field!  Bluegrass, folk and Old Time Music comes to life during this festival during mid-August. Camping is permitted.

Viola Sesquicentennial Celebration - Fireworks, Parade, Quilt Show, lots of live music, games and fun for the whole family! (Viola Horse and Colt Show)
